Biographical Sketch of Randy W. Russon
Randy Russon started Russon & Company in July of 2004. He grew up knowing how to work hard as a boy picking fruit in the hot summer months, delivering newspapers and many other jobs. At the age of 14, he earned the rank of Eagle Scout, and has had a great love of the outdoors ever since. At the age of 19, he voluntarily served a two year mission for his Church in London, England. Then, to continue his education, Randy attended Brigham Young University (BYU) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Numbers always came very easy to Randy. He could sit through math classes at BYU such as Algebra and Calculus and not even have to take notes. This strength lends greatly to his financial insights and accounting skills. After pursing successful entrepreneurial paths in retailing and manufacturing, Randy decided to start Russon & Company.
